1.1 TrackBacked: the online platform where users can receive paid feedback from professional artists.
1.2 User: a person who fills out a Jotform form via TrackBacked to receive feedback on their music.
1.3 Artist: a professional who provides feedback to users through TrackBacked.
1.4 Payment Provider: external party Mollie, which processes payments.
2.1 TrackBacked offers a service where users can purchase feedback from professionals selected from a curated pool.
2.2 The user fills out a Jotform form with a link or upload to their track and selects a professional for feedback.
2.3 TrackBacked processes the request and forwards the feedback after a quality check.
2.4 The platform may not be misused for inappropriate content, spam, or any other unlawful activity.
2.5 TrackBacked is not responsible for incorrectly submitted links. If an error occurs, users can correct it within one hour of submission by filling out the correction form
2.6 All activities conducted through Jotform are subject to Jotform’s terms and conditions. By using TrackBacked via Jotform, users agree to these terms.
3.1 Payments for feedback are made through the completed Jotform form.
3.2 If feedback is not received within 10 business days, the user will receive a refund to the same account used for payment.
3.3 Once feedback has been provided, refunds are no longer possible. TrackBacked does not offer a money-back guarantee based on dissatisfaction with feedback. However, complaints can be submitted through this form or through the feedback receiving mail if the feedback does not meet expectations, which will be taken seriously.
3.4 TrackBacked uses the external payment provider Mollie, and their terms and conditions apply to payment processing.
4.1 TrackBacked cannot guarantee the quality of feedback but strives to maintain high standards by approving every feedback form filled in by reviewers before being send back to the customer. Feedback is subjective and does not necessarily lead to improved musical performance.
4.2 TrackBacked reviews feedback for quality control but is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including technical failures, data loss, or dissatisfaction with received feedback.
4.3 TrackBacked reserves the right to reject feedback requests for any reason. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
4.4 If a reviewer becomes unavailable, the option to select them will be temporarily disabled. However, existing feedback requests will still be processed.
4.5 Submitted music that is longer than 8:00 minutes does not get reviewed. In this case a refund will be issued.
5.1 Complaints regarding received feedback can be submitted through this form or through the feedback receiving mail.
5.2 Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days via email.
6.1 TrackBacked only collects the information submitted through the Jotform form.
6.2 Submitted music remains the property of the user and will not be used by TrackBacked for promotional purposes without explicit permission.
6.3 Artists are contractually obligated not to share or distribute received music without permission.
6.4 Forms and associated data will be automatically deleted a year after the process is completed.
6.5 Users can request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@trackbacked.com.
7.1 The terms and conditions applicable at the time of payment remain in effect for that specific transaction.
7.2 TrackBacked reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
7.3 In the event of disputes, Dutch law applies, and disputes will be submitted to a competent Dutch court.
